Terms and Conditions

You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following booking and tour terms and conditions. The organizer shall be known as “company” in the conditions below . The following terms and conditions apply to all packages.

RESERVATIONS
To confirm your reservation, kindly phone or visit our office during office hours. A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required upon reservation/ confirmation. If reservation is made less than 14 days before departure, the whole amount must be paid upon reservation/ confirmation. Balance must be made not later than 14 days before departure. Failure to comply will result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation. This confirmation of your reservation will be communicated to you.

VALIDITY
All information and prices shown are correct as at the time of printing.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
A cancellation of original booking includes any changes (at the request of the customer) in the tour reservation or departure date, or no show at the departure time for whatever reasons and miss flights. Cancellation fees may vary during peak periods (public holidays, eve of and day after public holidays, school holidays).
Deposit : Non-refundable
Between 14 - 30 days : 50% of tour fare
Less than 13 days : 75% of tour fare
No Show : 100% of tour fare

CANCELLATION OF TOUR BY COMPANY
We guarantee tour departure upon receipt of your full payment. At times, due to low subscription for a particular tour, our company may choose to cancel the entire tour. As such, the company will refund all money to you (for full payment only). The company may recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives, all refund and compensation (if applicable) will be paid to you.

CHILD FARE
Eligibility : Below 12 years old on the date of departure from Malaysia. Please refer package for details.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is as specified in the tour brochure/ itinerary.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
If you wish to occupy a single room, you are required to pay a single supplement, amount as indicated in the tour.

PASSPORT AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport with the minimum 6 months validity from the date of the last departure point. Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required. You must have the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by specific country/governments.

AMENDMENT TO FLIGHT ETC
The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is usually non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-refundable and not re-routable.

AMENDMENT TO TOUR ITINERARY BY COMPANY
The company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in itinerary. However, the company reserves the right to make minor changes at any time without compensation and prior notice.

BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms. Only one piece of hand luggage is allowed. (Unless otherwise specified)Excess baggage must be paid locally by passenger. Our company will not be responsible for your luggage.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to purchase insurance coverage with the respect to trip/tour cancellation/curtailment, accident, injury/illness, medical hospitalization, flight delay, baggage lost etc. Our staff will be pleased to assist in any enquires of and travel insurance.

MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment may be made in cash, cheques or credit card. Cheques will only be accepted if presented to the company at least 7 working days before the dateline of payment. A 3.5% (unless otherwise specified) of administration charge is levied if passenger is using VISA or MasterCard. A 4.5% of administration charge for AMEX and Diner Card Holders.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Where the company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, they assume not responsibility for any injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control. The company is an agent of airlines, transport companies; accommodation etc and not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance wherever possible. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carrier managing agents.Our company will not be responsible or liable (for damages, refund or otherwise) for :

  • Mechanical breakdowns (except where it is due to negligence on the part of the company or its agents), government actions, weather, Act of God, strikes compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • The failure of the client to obtain required documentation (eg: passport/ visa etc). The company is not responsible for the deported client and payment is not refundable.
  • The failure of the client to follow reasonable instruction including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.

NO VARIATION OF CONDITIONS
These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by written agreement between the passenger and the company.
